Blueberry Smoothies Printer-friendly

Makes: 3 servings
2 cups chilled fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup chilled pineapple-orange juice, pineapple-orange-strawberry juice, or orange-strawberry-banana juice
1 8-oz. carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
Fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)
In blender container, combine 2 cups blueberries, juice blend, yogurt, and sugar. Cover; blend 1 to 2 minutes, until almost smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
