Blueberry, Mango and Ginger Salad Printer-friendly
Yield: Serves 6

2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh blueberries     
1 tablespoon minced ginger    
2 tablespoons fresh time juice, preferably from Key times

Put the mangoes and the blueberries in a large bowl. Add the ginger and lime and mix together. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
