Berry Sorbet Printer-friendly

Makes: 6 servings

2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup frozen pineapple-orange-banana juice concentrate or citrus beverage concentrate
Sugar cones (optional)

Freeze berries by placing them in a single layer on a baking sheet and placing in freezer. Put frozen berries in freezer container or plastic freezer bag and seal. (Keep containers or bags of berries in freezer for Lip to 12 months.)

In large bowl combine frozen berries, water, and frozen concentrate. Place half of mixture in food processor bowl. Cover; process until almost smooth. Repeat with remaining mixture. Transfer to baking dish; cover. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Scoop frozen mixture into cores, if desired. Use within 2 days.
