Amber Hoffman's Blueberry Cream Pie Printer-friendly
1 cup heavy whipping cream (no substitute)
4-5 Tbs flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 cups berries (use black, blue, or equal mix of both, or rhubarb)
Mix first five ingredients. Fold in berries.
Pour into bottom crust. Add top crust and seal. Cut vents into the crust.
Sprinkle extra sugar over the top.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
If there is any left, cover and store in the refrigerator.
