Linbo’s Blueberries Recipe #28: Killer Blueberry Pie Printer-friendly

9” baked pie shell
4 cups blueberries
1 cup honey
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup blueberries for garnish 

Measure 2 cups of blueberries and set aside. Cook the remaining 2 cups of blueberries with the honey, cornstarch, salt and butter until thick. Pour reserved blueberries into pie shell making a level layer. Pour the thickened blueberry mixture, while still hot, over blueberries in pie sheel. Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream garnished with blueberries.
